The SMSF microfiltration system operates on a filtration concept distinct from traditional methods. Its machinery design and manufacturing are unique, with stainless steel tank joints primarily welded with argon. Electric stainless steel valves are used to reduce maintenance time.
SMSFThe SMSF microfiltration system is a one-micron density filter that utilizes a proprietary filter material developed by our company. This material is acid and alkali resistant, with filtration densities ranging from 100 to 0.5 microns.。
The density regulator can adjust filtration and cleaning densities. Under no pressure, the density is 40 microns; when compressed, the density increases for better filtration, while it decreases during depressurization for easier cleaning.
This design significantly increases pollutant interception capacity, with the density regulator enduring up to 10 tons of pressure.
It is the only filtration equipment capable of adjusting filter material density, with exceptional regeneration capabilities extending the material's lifespan to 5 to 6 years without replacement.
The filter material is imported and features permanent fluffing through physical and chemical treatments, reducing fiber density and enhancing cleaning effectiveness.
In addition to direct filtration, this microfiltration system can be combined with a chemical dosing rapid mixing device for chemical dosing filtration, serving as a complete wastewater treatment system on its own or as part of other water treatment systems.
When the filter material becomes difficult to clean due to aging, chemical cleaning can be employed, restoring the filter material to a like-new state. If necessary, bleach can be added for disinfection and degreasing.
In current wastewater recycling systems, this is the only ideal wastewater treatment equipment available.
